rip going to Las Vegas for a day. We stay at the Stratosphere Hotel and we were very pleased. The rooms were clean and the beds were soft. Finding a clean place to stay in Vegas is not always the easiest thing to 
find when you are on a budget. Janna loves to see everything she can, but forgets how tired she can get until she has to head back to the hotel. we walked down the Las Vegas Boulevard for about 2-3 miles, and Janna was not very happy on the walk back...We were both tired.The next day we headed to the Bellagio and Caesar's palace. While
we were enjoying our time, my roomates give me a call asking when I would be arriving to Lake Havasu to go boating sng camping with them. The thing is Janna and I were suppossed to go boating with them, so we decided to leave Vegas a
nd head to the Lake and meet with my roomates. The Lake was about 2-3 hours from Vegas, but I made a wrong turn and ended up in California. When we saw the sign fro California and how far Los Angeles was from our location, we decided to just keep going and visit my Family there that I had not seen for over 5 years. It was shorter to go to california than the lake in Arizona. While we
were driving I called my aunt and said we would be there at her house in two hours. We specidied not to tell anyone we were coming, just to surprise my cousins.
We arrived and
had a great week there. We went to Santa Monica Beach, and Balboa Beach were we had a fire and cooked food in the late afternoon. My cousins were a great company to have around, and Janna really liked them. Such a relief!
